Property Manager (m/f/x)
Lausanne, 100%, temporary assignment of 3 months, immediate start
What you contribute:
- You take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of primarily commercial properties (monitoring and participating in the preparation of annual accounts, establishing closures, handling legal cases, etc.)
- You are responsible for the demanding follow-up of both commercial and private tenants (negotiating and establishing lease contracts, handling terminations, conducting property inspections, etc.)
- You ensure the execution and follow-up of regular and extraordinary maintenance of the properties, including apartment renovations.
- You prepare market analyses, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- You conduct periodic evaluations of the properties, including the preparation of reports and the development of annual budgets.
- You are responsible for the technical direction of specialized employees as well as the supervision of subordinate caretakers.
What you bring:
- You have a basic commercial training (CFC) with further training in the real estate field (Federal Certificate of Property Manager obtained or in progress)
- You already have several years of experience in a similar role.
- You are a person with a strong sense of service and possess great negotiation skills.
- Your professionalism, perseverance, and ability to assert yourself complete your profile.
- You have a perfect command of French (German and English are a plus).
- You work easily with computer tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM, etc.)
- You have a driver's license.
