Listen to their needs, put yourself in their shoes, and thus find the optimal solution from a personal and partnership perspective. Specifically, the following tasks await you in your new job:
- You competently and appropriately support our retail clients in liquidity management, pension, wealth, and financing. You integrate insurance services and services from our new "Mobility" and "Housing" ecosystems into your overall advisory interview.
- As an entrepreneur, you consistently and passionately pursue the market prospecting defined in your team.
- You manage your own client portfolio, mainly composed of insurance clients. In this context, you identify potentials that you either personally exploit or pass on to our private bankers for processing.
What we expect
You have both a sales talent, a keen ear, and a passion for numbers . You have an analytical mind, can grasp complex situations, and know how to convincingly defend your solutions. Be aware that you are the face of our bank: you demonstrate passion, courage, discipline, and appetite for innovation: we will teach you the rest.

You also possess the following qualifications:
- Complete banking training and/or continuing education in banking or finance
- Further education in business administration (e.g., University of Applied Sciences or specialized higher education) is an advantage
- At least three years of experience in the banking or financial sector
- SAQ certification (Individual Client Advisor profile)
- High quality of oral and written expression in the language of the target market
- A second national language is required in market areas bordering French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland
- Willingness to travel: you meet your colleagues and clients in different branches or at clients' homes.
