Clerk 80 - 100%Justice Enforcement and Reintegration (JuWe) is an authority of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and is responsible for the enforcement of court judgments and the execution of pre-trial detention. The Probation and Enforcement Services (BVD) are one of seven main departments of JuWe and are responsible for the enforcement of custodial sentences and court-ordered measures as well as for probation assistance. They make an important contribution to crime prevention and the social integration of offenders.
As of March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed personality for the Administration and Organization team of Enforcement 2.
Your tasks
- Work closely with case managers in their daily work with offenders and other stakeholders
- Participate in daily operations - coordinate appointments, meetings, transports and process mail, calls, and invoices
- Independently handle simple tasks, including conversations with clients – comprehensive support is naturally provided
- Additional and special tasks such as minute-taking, IT support, participation in projects, or coordination of substance controls
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in dealing with clients
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Confident handling of M365 and IT affinity
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- High social competence and resilience
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal or debt enforcement register)
