We are looking for our dental center in Giswil for a visionary center manager (m/f/d) with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellent patient care, who strategically manages practice operations, optimally utilizes resources, and together with the team ensures sustainable treatment quality and highest patient satisfaction

TASKS

PROFILE

• Completed medical training with a Swiss or EU recognized diploma as a dentist
• At least 3 years of professional experience (work experience in Switzerland is an advantage)
• The necessary drive to build something up
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (C1)
• Independence and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong team spirit, excellent social skills, and communication ability
