Job description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural and construction projects through all SIA phases, overseeing complex works from the competition phase to their successful realization on site.
You will ensure compliance with costs, quality, and timelines, working closely with clients, specialists, authorities, and partners.
Thanks to your experience, you will provide technical support and coaching to project team members, thus contributing to their professional growth.
With your proactive and entrepreneurial approach, you will contribute to the development of our standards and processes, with the long-term prospect of taking on a leadership position.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Architecture ETH
- Many years of professional experience in Switzerland in managing architectural and construction projects
- Solid knowledge of SIA standards and the Swiss construction sector
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and German
- Strong organizational, communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Motivation to share knowledge and promote the growth of colleagues
- Interest in a long-term development path towards a managerial position
