We are looking for a
Clerk with Function in Commercial Vocational Training
Starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Workload: 60%
Workplace: Sargans
What to expect
- You are the first contact person at the reception desk as well as for telephone and electronic inquiries
- You arrange consultation appointments, perform general secretarial tasks, and support the management and counselors in organizational matters
- You actively contribute your area of responsibility to our team
- You are responsible for the training of our commercial apprentices
What distinguishes you
Are you a friendly, service-oriented, and reliable person who enjoys contact with different people and has good communication skills? Thanks to your flexibility and resilience, you master demanding situations. You already have professional experience in a similar role, work independently in your area, and additionally meet the following requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship diploma EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Qualification as a vocational trainer and experience in training apprentices
- Interest in vocational and educational issues
- Very good organizational skills and systematic working method
- Solid MS Office knowledge
