The Real Estate Department includes Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Maintenance of Construction + Technology including environmental maintenance, Mobility Management, Personal and Building Security, and the organization of lectures, exams, and events. The main tasks consist of providing functional teaching and office spaces including furniture and equipment in all HSG properties. The needs of teaching, research, services, and event organizers must be reflected in this.
Your tasks
- Collaboration and ensuring the maintenance of all outdoor facilities. Mainly green maintenance (lawn and shrub cutting)
- Maintenance of paved areas and facilities across all HSG campuses
- Independent and team-discussed execution of work according to detailed work descriptions
- Snow removal / winter service also outside regular working hours
Your profile
- Professional experience in horticulture, gardening, and agriculture
- Experience handling snow removal equipment
- Driver's license category B available
