F&B Manager (m/f/d)
In the versatile and responsible role as Food & Beverage Manager the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:
- Operational management of all F&B areas including coordination of work and production processes
- Ensuring smooth information flow within the department and to interfaces
- Role modeling the host role and promoting a service-oriented corporate culture
- Active operational participation and taking on projects in the F&B area
- Conceptual planning and offer development of F&B services
- Further development of a versatile F&B programming calendar
- Planning, further development, and implementation of quality management in the F&B area
- Preparation of the F&B budget
- Planning and monitoring of personnel deployment planning
- Ensuring the highest quality standards and an exclusive service experience
- Active guest care as well as maintenance of regular customers
- Responsibility for complaint management in the F&B area according to the QM process
- Optimization of revenue situation and implementation of sales-promoting measures
- Monthly monitoring of target achievement based on budget, financial reporting, and balanced scorecard
- Derivation and implementation of measures in case of deviations from target specifications
You convince us with the following qualities:
- You have completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry or have a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of experience in a similar role in the F&B area
- Your organizational skills are outstanding and you always keep an overview even in stressful situations
- With your open and communicative manner, you act as a link between different teams and departments
- Fluent German and English skills are required, French skills are an advantage
- You have a passion for excellent service and gastronomic excellence
