For the night watch in our Alberti nursing home, we are looking for an
Health Specialist EFZ Long-Term Care for Night Watch (50-90%)
Your area of responsibility
- Joyful and appreciative care and nursing of the residents of our nursing home at night
- Watchful eye on the well-being of the residents during the night and application of the correct nursing techniques as needed
- Ensuring precise and complete electronic nursing documentation
- Making responsible decisions in demanding situations
- First point of contact in emergency situations for residents, relatives, and medical staff
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Solid expertise and several years of professional experience in long-term care to competently and calmly meet the special requirements at night
- Independence, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
- Very good oral and written German skills
- High social competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to working with residents
- Calmness, empathy, and the ability to act safely and prudently alone
- A heart for elderly people and their stories
