About the job
What to expect
- You validate, check, and post supplier documents
- Together with the team, you are responsible for the operation of our electronic invoice receipt solution
- You reconcile accounts payable items with suppliers, check reminders, and maintain master data
- In addition, you ensure the execution of as complete as possible cash discount deductions
- You support the preparation of periodic financial statements
- Furthermore, you take on general job-specific tasks according to the instructions of your supervisor
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial basic training
- Experience in accounts payable accounting (possibly also experience in electronic invoice processing)
- Good PC skills are a matter of course for you
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
- Foreign language skills are an advantage (English)
- Numerical flair, independent, precise, and team-oriented working style complete your profile
