About the job
Your Tasks
- Supervision, planning, and coordination of clinical studies (including budget and contract management)
- Organization of specific study processes and collaboration with the responsible physicians, various involved departments, and the study centers
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of study visits, monitoring visits, audits, regulatory inspections
- Direct contact person for questions or problems related to study activities
- Collection and processing of study samples (various biological materials) in our research laboratory
- Collection and documentation of study data in medical records, source documents, and CRFs as well as reporting of AEs, SAEs, and SUSARs
Your Profile
- Completed medical training as a nurse or degree in a biomedical field (or a related discipline)
- Experience in conducting and coordinating clinical studies according to Good Clinical Practice guidelines
- Very good German and English skills (study protocols and communication with international study centers in English) in spoken and written form
- We expect an independent, resilient, team-oriented, and precise working style as well as solid IT skills
