Your challenge
- Operational tasks and independent responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Active support in the payroll team with all salary and insurance matters is an advantage
- Support with questions on all P&C topics
- Updating and managing employee data in our HR system
- Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Participation in P&C projects and initiatives
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Solid knowledge of payroll and labor law
- Confident handling of HR software (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proactive and independent working style
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Very good German and good English skills
