Job description
As part of a long-term replacement and a sick leave replacement, we are looking for two
NURSING ASSISTANT.S
Your role:
- Provide quality basic care, hygiene, and comfort to residents and meet their specific needs while respecting their autonomy and preserving their dignity;
- Perform care delegated by the nurse;
- Support residents in daily life activities, providing help and support while respecting their personality and pace;
- Work closely with the care team and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents;
- Actively participate in handovers and information exchanges to ensure continuity of care;
- Participate in the development of the resident's care plan;
- Ensure the maintenance of the resident's environment, safety, and comfort;
- Perform night and weekend work on a rotating team basis.
Profile sought
- You hold a Swiss Red Cross diploma (health auxiliary);
- You have successful experience in nursing homes (EMS);
- You are proficient with the Sadies DIR software;
- You have a genuine interest in this living environment that is the EMS. You particularly appreciate contact with the elderly and have great interpersonal skills;
- You are a warm, positive, and smiling person, appropriate in all relational situations: observational skills, rigor, active listening and empathy, patience and respect, calm and professionalism, dynamism and discretion;
- You have excellent stress management and are able to effectively handle emergency situations;
- You show understanding, respect, and tact towards the families and relatives of residents;
- You know how to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively and harmoniously with medical staff;
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
