How you’ll make an impact

Ensure equipment reliability by engaging in proactive maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)

Promote a safe work environment by applying 6S principles and supporting ABRA safety protocols

Collaborate across teams to support modernization, expansion, and smooth operation of production lines

Support documentation efforts by contributing to daily task records and developing troubleshooting resources

Contribute to system upkeep by helping maintain production planning software (SiView) and updating equipment databases and logs

Participate in audits and help address safety-related action items and improvements

Foster knowledge sharing by offering training and ongoing learning opportunities to team members

Support technical operations by assisting with system maintenance and ensuring production aligns with current best practices
Your background
-
Technical apprenticeship with subsequent specific extension courses, or degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics, or equivalent education

At least 5 years of experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems (preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation), especially with production equipment used in photolithography

Know-how in tools for resist coating / developing (Screen 80B/80EX) and exposing (Ultratech 1500 / Canon i3000W/3030i5a Steppers)

Good command of German and English mandatory, any other language advantageous
