Job description:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and follow-ups for an outpatient population in bariatric surgery and oncology.
- Design and adapt individualized nutritional plans according to clinical needs and therapeutic goals.
- Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherence in the care pathway.
- Participate in patient therapeutic education and health promotion within the institution.
- Contribute to the development of protocols and projects related to clinical nutrition.
Required profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a hospital or outpatient service.
- Knowledge of SOARIAN software (or willingness to train quickly).
- Strong skills in clinical nutrition, particularly in bariatric surgery and oncology.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and a keen sense of priorities.
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with various care partners.
- Flexibility, dynamism, and a strong interest in human contact.
Education level:
Bachelor HES-SO in nutrition and dietetics or equivalent training required.
