University degree in Finance or equivalent experience required.
Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and REKOLE.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably OPALE.

To expand our team in the Finance department, we are looking for a skilled and independent personality starting March 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Area of Responsibility

In this responsible leadership role, you take overall responsibility for finance and accounting. Together with your team, you ensure accurate financial statements, reliable liquidity planning, and efficient payment transactions. You work closely with the CFO & COO and various internal departments.

Your Tasks

Overall responsibility for finance and accounting
Technical, organizational, and personnel management of the finance and accounting team
Responsibility for accounts payable, payment transactions, and regular closings
Main contact person for audits, authorities, and internal specialist questions
Responsibility for asset accounting
Ensuring liquidity planning and tax returns

Your Profile

University degree or equivalent training in finance or business administration (e.g., federal diploma in finance and accounting)
Several years of experience in financial accounting and confidence in closings
Knowledge of REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER
Experience with the ERP system OPALE is an advantage
Enjoyment of leadership, teamwork, and working with numbers
