Your area of responsibility
With the organizational project Kolibri, the Secondary and Vocational Education Office aims to replace the three existing school administration systems of around 44 schools and to standardize the processes. With over 70,000 education participants, this IT major project is of strategic importance. In this role, together with another Business Analyst, you specify requirements from the school environment as a basis for implementation by the external software supplier in the realization phase according to the HERMES methodology. You lead individual subprojects and ensure coordination with the overall project management as well as with other subprojects, external stakeholders, and suppliers. Furthermore, you organize and lead workshops, working groups, and permanent committees in an environment with heterogeneous expectations.
Your profile
You have a degree as an IT specialist, business informatics specialist HF/FH, business economist HF/FH, or a comparable qualification. An additional qualification in business analysis as well as in HERMES, combined with experience in applying agile practices, is an advantage. You also bring several years of experience in managing complex large projects and have very good knowledge in business analysis and requirements engineering. Your pronounced service orientation and communication skills in expert organizations distinguish you particularly. Your working style is systematic and solution-oriented. You communicate proactively, value collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, and have very good oral and written expression skills.
