Your new role
Your area of responsibility in the Spatial Planning department primarily includes the process control and support of special use plan procedures, which make an important contribution to urban development and housing promotion prior to the local planning revision. Depending on interest and suitability, there is the possibility to take on additional tasks in the area of urban development and the implementation of housing strategies.
This position is for you if
- You have training in urban/spatial planning or another spatially related discipline.
- You have experience in the development of formal planning instruments and particularly in special use planning/zoning changes.
- You bring experience and knowledge in planning and building law.
- You have experience and competencies in managing spatial tasks and understand how to lead projects and processes at the level of spatial planning/special use planning prudently and integrally.
- Interdisciplinary work is a matter of course for you, and you can advance planning processes constructively together with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are motivated to work in the tension between public and private interests as well as in the environment of politics and administration.
