The Exams group in the Competence Center Planning & Exams is responsible, among other things, for conducting all centrally organized exams at the University of St.Gallen and supports the lecturers of the Schools/Institutes in the implementation of decentralized exams.
Your tasks
- Supervision of students during exams
- Conducting various checks before, during, and after exams
- Forwarding exam questions to the exam site managers
- Support in (medical) emergencies during exams
- Assisting candidates with the login process
Your profile
- Vocational training or completed bachelor's degree
- Very good knowledge of working with digital environments / flair for IT and complex software applications (IT affinity)
- Very good German skills (at least level B2)
- Good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage
- Minimum age of 25 years
