Your role:

As a team leader, you will take on the personnel management and further development of your team. You motivate your employees to try new things, learn from each other, and unleash their full potential. At the same time, you will lead demanding renovation and new construction projects yourself. In addition, you will support the site manager in the acquisition process, maintain a strong professional network, and actively engage in professional associations.

What you bring:

• Education: Completed engineering degree FH or Dipl. building technician HF with a focus on HVAC.

• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HVAC planning and project management as well as initial leadership experience.

• Personality: You are communicative, team-oriented, and quality-conscious. Challenges motivate you, and you approach them with a positive mindset. Developing people and the company brings you joy.

• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills or the willingness to improve them are a plus.
