Your opportunity in the Technology Team in Zurich for the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) area: we are looking for a dedicated personality with an affinity for customer contact and administrative tasks as Technical Advisor PPE 80-100% (m/f/d) starting by arrangement. Your area of responsibility- Independent handling of PPE orders including correspondence, consulting, and customer support
- Opening and management of orders as well as evaluation of documents and samples according to checklists
- Preparation of reports, customer documents, and type test certificates
- Support in process optimizations and projects
- Completed training in the textile or commercial field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the textile sector with solid textile knowledge
- Enthusiasm for customer contact and administrative processes
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Structured, precise working style and good interconnected thinking
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Affinity for digital tools and new technologies
- Flexibility, reliability, as well as a service- and team-oriented attitude
