Your tasks:
- Preparation and follow-up of rooms for events and occasions
- Fault management of electrical systems (analysis, troubleshooting, repair, coordination with external partners)
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of systems, machines, and equipment
- Assistance with general house service-specific activities in maintenance and renovation work
- Regularly taking on on-call duties and ensuring (within a maximum of 30 minutes) a deployment at the location
As of August 2026, the workplace will be located at Reinacherstrasse 111 in 4053 Basel (New Building FHNW, Basel Dreispitz).
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
- Ideally with further training as a caretaker, as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate or several years of experience in building maintenance
- Service-oriented and reliable team player with a passion for working with people
- PC skills (MS Office suite) and a category B driver's license
