Your tasks:

Preparation and follow-up of rooms for events and occasions
Fault management of electrical systems (analysis, troubleshooting, repair, coordination with external partners)
Maintenance, repair, and servicing of systems, machines, and equipment
Assistance with general house service-specific activities in maintenance and renovation work
Regularly taking on on-call duties and ensuring (within a maximum of 30 minutes) a deployment at the location

As of August 2026, the workplace will be located at Reinacherstrasse 111 in 4053 Basel (New Building FHNW, Basel Dreispitz).

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
Ideally with further training as a caretaker, as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate or several years of experience in building maintenance
Service-oriented and reliable team player with a passion for working with people
PC skills (MS Office suite) and a category B driver's license
