This is what you can achieve with us...
- Planning, organizing, and implementing trainings, workshops, and e-learnings
- Internal and external main contact person for our learning platform
- Designing, creating, and continuously developing digital learning content
- Participant management as well as evaluation and reporting of training measures
- Supporting departments in producing learning content and multimedia learning formats
- Support in the area of vocational training (recruiting, vocational training activities, and training and education offerings)
Why you will succeed in this...
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in HR, L&D, or education
- Experience in planning, organizing, and conducting training and continuing education measures
- Basic knowledge of video production and interest in digital learning formats
- Didactic competence and joy in imparting knowledge
- Strong communication skills as well as confident and convincing appearance
- High level of empathy and teamwork skills
- French language skills are an advantage
