Roofing Foreman

Here is what you will do
- Independent supervision and execution of various roofing tasks (e.g., creating sub-roofs, thermal insulation and vapor barriers, laying roofing materials, installing ventilated facades, etc.)
- Leading and motivating assigned employees on site at the construction site
- Close collaboration with the project team
- Supervision of apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a roofer EFZ (apprenticeship in Switzerland), preferably with several years of experience
- Further training to become a foreman/site manager or on the way to it
- Independence, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Leadership experience
- A team-oriented, flexible, and motivated personality
- Driver's license category B
