• Advising our customers in Winterthur on their planned adventures. Your thing.
• Our extensive outdoor and travel range. Your home.
• Discussing, exchanging knowledge, and sharing your know-how with the team and our customers. Gladly.
• Operating the cash register, opening and closing it. Yes, gladly.
• Being a contact person for our customers regarding personal concerns about purchased products and repair services. You also enjoy that.
• Helping to design and maintain the sales area. That’s part of it too.
• Assisting with goods flow. Of course.

THIS IS YOU

• Training in retail as a retail specialist would be ideal. Career changers are also very welcome.
• Sales experience and/or practical product knowledge of outdoor products. That’s needed.
• An open ear for our customers in Winterthur. Absolutely.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays. Yes!
• Working on the computer and with tools (ERP, Microsoft Office). You are used to working on a PC.
• Your environment describes you as helpful, responsible, and communicative. Definitely.
• Being outdoors. Your hobby.

Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence center for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The motto "Get out. But right." is lived by around 500 employees. We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 – this ensures employees are deployed according to their skills. In the branches Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey, and Winterthur, the two outlet branches, as well as the station store Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever get damaged, we take care of them in the repair workshop in Zurich Altstetten.
