Painter (Apartment Renovations)
Activities
- Independent painting work in apartment renovations
- Proper selection and application of paints and materials
- Identifying and communicating additional efforts in cooperation with property management
- Participation in apartment handovers and assessment of the work
- Compliance with all safety regulations
- Supervision and training of apprentices
Requirements
- Training as a painter with experience in customer painting
- Organizational talent and independent working style
- Customer-oriented, team player, and communicative
- Experience in mold treatment and/or further training as a site manager is an advantage
- Good German skills, basic MS Office knowledge
- Driver's license category B
