Areas of responsibility

• You are responsible for coordinating and planning assignments in the areas of care, support, and housekeeping.
• The optimization of deployment plans is in your hands.
• You are responsible for the new admission of clients - by phone and digitally (OPAN).
• You are in direct contact with our care staff, clients, and internal departments.
• You take care of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with experience as a dispatcher and initial contact points in the healthcare sector.
• You have very good oral and written German skills.
• You have a high IT affinity and can confidently use common office programs (Microsoft Office).
• Ideally, you already have experience with the Spitex software Perigon or are willing to familiarize yourself with it.
• A high degree of organizational talent, teamwork skills, and communication strength characterize you.
