For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of Expert Consultant Quality and Risk Management at Senior level (from 5 years) starting 01.07.2026.
Brief description:
Establishing program-/project-related quality assurance; carrying out quality assurance measures; ensuring the quality of program/project results and initiating their acceptance and approval.
Main tasks:
- Developing a quality management system with methods, guidelines, standards, key figures, and processes
- Checking compliance with established quality standards and guidelines
- Assessing compliance with (project) specifications
- Assessing procedures, methodology, and results
- Assessing project risks, finances, project progress, and maintaining the risk register
- Assessing project status and forecasts
- Recommending measures to deal with risks and to achieve (project) goals
- Defining key figures for progress and success control; selecting appropriate processes for measuring and evaluating key figures
- Reporting and reporting to the client and project manager
Requirements:
Education, training, and certification:
- University degree/FH degree in (business) computer science or training as an IT specialist EFZ and corresponding further training
- Further training in project or program management (e.g., IPMA B, Hermes Advanced) is an advantage
- Further training in risk and quality management (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 9001) is an advantage
- Further training in agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
- More than five years of professional experience in the field
- Experience in risk analysis & IT compliance in complex (IT) projects
- Experience in project controlling or auditing in complex (IT) projects
- Experience in collaboration with public administration (police organizations and other blue light organizations/intelligence service preferred)
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills, spoken and written
- Impeccable reputation, acceptance of a personal security check, and signing of the confidentiality agreement
- Ability to advise and solve problems in demanding and complex issues
- Good analytical skills
