Job Description
Main mission
Ensure the strategic and operational management of nursing and paramedical care within the institution, guaranteeing the quality, safety, and continuity of care, while promoting the professional development of the teams.
Key responsibilities
- Management and leadership
- Lead the organization and coordination of care activities in compliance with quality standards and current regulations.
- Animate, motivate, and develop care teams, promoting a collaborative and multicultural work environment.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees under their responsibility.
- Supervise the management of human, material, and financial resources related to care.
- Quality and safety of care
- Ensure the application of good clinical practices and care protocols.
- Implement and monitor quality and safety indicators of care.
- Participate in risk management and continuous improvement.
- Professional development and innovation
- Promote continuing education, skills development, and the integration of new methods or technologies.
- Participate in innovation projects in care and digital transformation.
- Collaboration and representation
- Work closely with other departments (medical, administrative, quality, hospitality).
- Represent the nursing management with internal and external bodies (health authorities, partners, professional associations).
- Budget management
- Develop and monitor the budget related to care activities.
- Optimize resource use while respecting financial constraints.
Qualifications
- Degree in nursing.
- Training in team management.
- Experience in management and coordination in a hospital environment.
- In-depth knowledge of standards regarding care, quality, and safety.
- Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Organizational skills and rigor.
- Analytical mindset and decision-making ability.
- Adaptability and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Good command of French.
