Portrait of the School/Institution
The Campus Muristalden (www.muristalden.ch) is a private, state-recognized, and partially subsidized school based in Bern. The working community currently includes around 500 children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of primary school, bridging programs, high school, and continuing education.
The HIK is a special primary school offer (bVSA) that Campus Muristalden AG carries out on behalf of the Canton of Bern. It is aimed at children and adolescents who have a diagnosis in the area of neurodivergence. The collaboration takes place in an interdisciplinary team of teachers, special education teachers, social pedagogues, and teaching assistants, who jointly commit to a school day in which all learners are recognized and individually supported.

Tasks
• Individual support and coaching with a focus on self-, social-, and behavioral skills
• Co-class leadership of learning group 3 (6th–9th grade, max. 7 learners with intensified special education measures)
• Support of the teacher and co-design of the lessons
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as exchange with parents and specialist offices
Requirements
• Training as a social pedagogue
• Experience with neurodivergent adolescents (e.g., ASD, ADHD)
• Structure, flexibility, and resilience
• Creativity, humor, and joy in cooperative teamwork
