Your Tasks
- Leading a multiprofessional team (physiotherapists, masseurs and lifeguards, occupational therapists, speech therapists, beauticians, podiatrists, reception staff)
- Organization of process-oriented workflows, interface and absence management
- Responsible implementation of therapy services for outpatient patients (statutory, private and accident insured)
- Planning of holidays and further training
- Participation in meetings, visitations, quality processes
- Implementation of data protection, hygiene and occupational safety
- Patient-oriented therapist
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a physiotherapist
- Very good organizational talent, precise judgment, assertiveness
- Experience with outpatient prescription services and practice procedures
- Team and conflict skills, empathy
- Passion for people and health
- Motivation to shape your own working environment
- Warm, honest and willing to perform
