Ensuring Client Compliance with SCCM/MECM and Intune

Your Role

• Operation and maintenance of the digital workplace systems of our contract customers
• Analyzing disruptions and error conditions as well as initiating measures to resolve them
• Ensuring client compliance using SCCM/MECM and Intune
• Management of software distribution, patch management, and OS deployments
• Maintenance of user and permission management in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Customer support for our contract customers in 2nd and 3rd level areas
• Onboarding during the first three months at our headquarters in Sursee

What You Bring

• Completed education or training in the field of IT with several years of professional experience
• Experience handling client hardware and peripherals
• Good knowledge in the areas of Server AD and GPO
• Very good Windows and Office/M365 skills
• Good knowledge of SCCM / MECM and Intune
• Experience in Citrix, AV, Teams, Azure
• Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
