The Kantonsschule Hohe Promenade is a long secondary school with classical and modern language profiles, an immersion program in German / English, as well as a strong STEM offering. Starting from the spring semester 2027, the position of Vice Principal is to be newly filled.
Your Tasks
- As Vice Principal, you are jointly responsible with the Principal, another Vice Principal, and the Deputy for the pedagogical, personnel, financial, and administrative management of the school as well as its further development.
- You actively participate in the upcoming implementation of the comprehensive WegZH reform, conceptually, organizationally, and administratively.
Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree at the master's level as well as a teaching diploma for Matura schools.
- You are familiar with the Swiss gymnasium level from your own teaching experience and are interested in school quality, school development, and a diverse and lively school culture.
- You have a high level of commitment and organizational talent, are resilient, and have skill in dealing with young people, teachers, administrative and operational staff, as well as parents, school authorities, and official bodies.
- You are a team-oriented and communicative personality with a confident and convincing presence.
