Court Management
The District Court Hinwil, with its approximately 40 employees and around 3,000 cases annually, is a medium-sized court of first instance within the Zurich civil and criminal courts.
To strengthen our administrative office, we are looking for, starting January 1, 2026 or by arrangement, limited until the end of September 2026, a
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY or STUDENT ASSISTANT (60%)
Your area of responsibility
- You prepare court decisions in all types of proceedings and handle the dispatch of decisions to the parties.
- You create extracts of judgments as well as forms for the responsible offices and authorities.
- You take over file management from the dispatch of the final decision up to the archiving of the case files.
- You independently check the entry into legal force of decisions and issue corresponding certificates of legal force.
- You provide substitute support for your colleagues within the administrative office as well as other general secretarial tasks.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- or an equivalent professional training (preferably a student in the legal field).
- You are interested in legal issues and motivated to acquire the corresponding expertise.
- You are characterized by precise, reliable, and efficient working methods.
- You always keep an overview and are used to working independently.
- You have good IT user skills (MS Office tools).
