To strengthen our team at the Bassersdorf location, we are looking for a structured and practical personality with solid experience in both operational warehouse areas and administrative processes.

With us, you will take on a balanced role between administration and operational logistics:

Administration:

• Support of the team leader in organizational and administrative tasks
• Maintenance and processing of orders in the warehouse management system
• Creation and control of shipping and transport documents
• Interface between warehouse, dispatch, and administration

Operational:

• Goods receipt and dispatch including control and booking
• Picking, packing, and preparation of shipments
• Loading of goods and ensuring smooth material flow
• Conducting quality controls

• Completed training as a logistics specialist with several years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable combined function (administrative & operational)
• Very good IT user skills (WMS, scanner, O365)
• Forklift license, crane experience is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
