What to expect:
In this varied position, you combine tasks from general and fixed asset accounting – each about 50%. The position can be filled either as a full-time position (100 %) or with two part-time employees (each 50 %).
We look forward to people who enjoy working with numbers and want to become part of a committed team.
You are responsible for the correct posting of all business transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers and actively support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You reconcile accounts, prepare valuations, accruals, and provisions, and ensure clean period closing.
You manage the fixed assets including additions and disposals, depreciation, and complex capitalization issues. In exchange with internal and external partners – such as auditors or authorities – you act reliably and professionally.
Together with your team, you develop processes, structures, and our ERP system further and contribute your ideas.
You work closely with your colleagues in the finance department and are part of a team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and communicates openly.
You bring with you:
A completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., several years of professional experience).
Experience in financial accounting, preferably in fixed asset accounting and general ledger accounting.
Initial experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP FI).
A reliable and responsible working style – you keep an overview even in more intense phases.
Enthusiasm for digitalization and further development.
Team spirit, communication skills, and enjoyment of working with different departments.
Important: You don’t have to bring everything perfectly – we also welcome applications from people who want to grow in certain areas.
