Certified Nursing Specialist 80 – 100 % (HF/FH/DNl/DNII)
as Team Leader
In our facility, you will encounter a diverse and exciting work environment, ranging from simple to highly complex nursing and care situations – including palliative and end-of-life care. - You plan the deployment of personnel and resources efficiently and organize the operation on the ward
- You support the team in its professional and personal development and promote a positive team culture
Your profile – as diverse as our daily routine
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist
- You already have experience in leading a team, ideally in long-term care, and bring leadership skills
- You work in a structured and responsible manner and keep an overview even in challenging situations
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and want to actively shape the professional and organizational development of the ward
