It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and puts its skills at the service of their participation and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private law organization, non-profit and recognized as being of public interest.

The institution brings together nearly 490 passionate professionals from about 45 different professions, who share the same vision: working together to develop and maintain the skills of the people they welcome.
