Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Consultant

A central focus of our activities lies in the implementation and further development of ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We support our customers in sustainably optimizing their financial processes, creating transparency, and making their business operations future-proof.

To strengthen our Business Central team, we are looking for you as an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who brings solid experience in consulting and implementing Business Central and has in-depth knowledge of financial management and accounting. In this role, you will accompany our customers in Switzerland from analysis to successful go-live and beyond.

Your tasks

• You take on the professional responsibility for the implementation of the finance area in our Business Central projects
• You conduct customer workshops in the Finance area, analyze business processes and requirements, and advise our customers on the optimal use of Business Central - based on best practices and your project experience
• You document, configure, and test the financial solution in close coordination with the adjacent departments and ensure seamless end-to-end processes
• You accompany our customers during the test phases (UAT), conduct user training, and thus contribute to a sustainable and successful introduction of the solution
• You support and accompany end users during go-live, in the hypercare phase, and in ongoing operations, ensuring stable and efficient use of the solution through targeted advice
• You support our development team with professional questions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensure that requirements are correctly understood and implemented
• You work closely with project management, support the control of your work packages, and actively participate in pre-sales activities

Your profile

• You bring more than five years of experience in implementing and customizing financial solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a finance consultant in an IT service or consulting environment
• You have profound knowledge of financial processes and accounting (e.g., general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting)
• You have a pronounced analytical mindset and are able to understand, analyze, and sustainably optimize complex business processes.
• You present yourself confidently and professionally, communicate convincingly, and have strong presentation and moderation skills
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
