This position reports to:
Local Division Manager
In this role, you will spend about 80% of your time on-site with our customers in Eastern Switzerland. There, you will acquire new business partners and sustainably expand existing relationships. With your technical know-how and sales experience, you understand the needs of our customers and present them the added value of our electric motors and frequency converters (low voltage and medium voltage).
As the main driver (m/f/d) for our growth in the field of drive technology, you convince through competent advice and clear value proposition – from energy efficiency to the reduction of CO₂ emissions. Your goal is solutions that not only convince technically but also contribute to a greener industry.
The working model for this position is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid.
You are mainly responsible for:
Customer Acquisition & Support: You spend 80% of your time on-site with customers – identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer relationships.
Technical Consulting: You advise customers on electric motors and frequency converters (LV & MV) and present solutions that meet their requirements.
Value Communication: You convince customers of the benefits of our products – from energy efficiency to the reduction of CO₂ emissions.
Relationship Management: You build trust, identify the right contacts, and strategically position our solutions.
Market & Trend Understanding: You monitor developments in drive technology and contribute innovative ideas.
Your Profile
Completed studies or training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in sales as well as with electric motors and frequency converters (LV & MV).
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
High willingness to travel (80% field service).
Interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
Fluent German and English skills.
