What we are looking for
We are addressing trained retail specialists, medical supply salespeople, druggists, MPAs, FaGes, or professionals from the hotel industry.
You are an upbeat, independent, and proactive personality. You enjoy working at the front and daily customer contact. You have already worked in a similar position (ideally in the healthcare sector), speak fluent Swiss German, and can also communicate well in English. Additional languages support you in your work but are not a requirement. You remain calm even in hectic phases and have no fear of using IT tools, as we increasingly handle our processes digitally.
Your area of responsibility
You support our orthopedists and specialists in welcoming customers and scheduling appointments. You ensure professional advice for health products, bandages, and health shoes. In addition, you perform various back-office tasks. Telephone service and scheduling complete your daily work routine.
