About the job

For the management of our attractive residential properties, which are owned by the company pension fund, we are looking to strengthen the existing team with a property manager with a federal professional certificate.

Tasks

Active management and property supervision of our residential properties in Gümligen.
Oral and written communication with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities.
Handling of damage cases.
Preparation of rental contracts and rent adjustments.
Conducting apartment viewings, handovers, and takeovers including protocols and final accounts.
Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements.

You are looking for:

Requirements

Solid experience in property management, preferably with a federal professional certificate in property management.
Several years of professional experience in property management.
