Your Main Tasks
- Care of patients with complex nephrology disease patterns
- Advice and support for patients and their relatives during all phases of the illness
- Participation in learning support in collaboration with vocational training
- Contributing to the establishment of the new ward for nephrology patients
Your Profile
- You have training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- You bring good communication skills and a quick grasp
- You feel comfortable in rapidly changing situations and can set priorities
- You work independently, gladly take responsibility for the patients, and are committed to implementing patient-oriented and professional care
- You look forward to a newly assembled team and actively contribute to collaboration
- Returnees and newcomers are just as welcome as experienced nursing specialists

Our department specializes in performing peritoneal dialysis; hemodialysis takes place in another department.
Two experienced department heads and an experienced shared governance team from specialist, education, and management look forward to working with you and support you in everyday work.

We are aware that you have other priorities besides work. Therefore, it is important to us that we can best coordinate our work schedules with your wishes. To ensure thorough onboarding, you should be able to arrange a workload of at least 80% for the first 3 months.
We are open to individual working time models (for example, permanent night shifts, fixed working days, shift preferences, etc.)
