As a Sales Manager CPaaS Business Messaging, you will further develop our go-to-market strategy and actively drive the sustainable expansion of our business.
Your area of responsibility:
- You establish F24 as the first go-to partner for CPaaS in the Swiss market
- You analyze the market and competition, identify and prioritize target customers (telco, large companies, public sector, partners), and systematically incorporate market, customer, and competitive feedback into the further development of our CPaaS portfolio.
- You independently acquire new customers and strategically expand relevant existing customers through cross- and upselling – with a focus on recurring revenues
- You manage the entire sales cycle: from lead management through needs assessment and solution selling to price negotiation and contract conclusion
- You work closely with product management and marketing to position the CPaaS offering technically and commercially optimally in the Swiss market
- You act as the commercial single point of contact (SPoC), ensure high customer satisfaction, and consistently maintain your sales pipeline in our CRM
- You plan and conduct customer-specific presentations, webinars, and workshops

You
- Education & Background: Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., business administration, computer science, electrical engineering) or studies in business administration, business informatics, or communication
- Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, telco, or SaaS environment; CPaaS and/or start-up experience is a big plus
- Sales skills & technical understanding: Experience in new customer business and dealing with complex decision-making structures as well as a strong affinity for software, cloud, and communication solutions
- Working style & mindset: Independent and structured with pronounced closing strength and the will to make successes measurable; you also have entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality, and enjoy trying something new and building it sustainably
- Tools & channels: Confident in using MS Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Languages: Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
