• You strengthen our interdisciplinary crisis intervention team St.Gallen as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in day service.
• You take on the nursing responsibility as a reference person for the individual care and nursing of our patients and actively participate in the offerings of our milieu- and group-therapeutic concepts.
• You accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process. You also successfully master complex situations.
• Your areas of responsibility also include everyday design, administration, operating the crisis hotline (24 hours), and carrying out medical/technical orders.
• You document and report your observations orally and in writing.
• If interested and suitable, there is the possibility to additionally take on tasks as a nursing expert.

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diploma).
• You have professional experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably also in the field of crisis intervention.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry and also have a great interest in milieu- and group-therapeutic concepts.
• You are a resilient, open personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative work.
