Your tasks
- Accompanying and supporting guests in everyday life taking into account their individual needs
- Co-designing a structured daily routine to promote orientation and security
- Maintaining relationships with guests and promoting social exchange
- Accompanying activities, walks, or excursions in collaboration with the activation team
- Assisting in organizing and conducting community events or seasonal
- Supporting guests with everyday actions to maintain independence
- Observing and documenting changes in guests' behavior and condition
- Collaborating in the interdisciplinary team (activation, care, housekeeping, etc.)
- Taking on simple administrative and organizational tasks within the scope of care
- Completed training as Activation Specialist (LeASchool)/ Care Specialist (FaBe)
- Ideally, already have experience in activation in long-term care
- You are characterized by organizational talent and a structured way of working to develop activation efficiently and continuously
- Your working style is characterized by a high sense of responsibility, you show enthusiasm and quality awareness
- You bring professional, social, and self-competencies
- Very high independence, commitment, and flexibility
- Enjoyment of working with elderly people and in a team completes your profile
