To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (40-100%)
Your versatile tasks are:
- You work directly in nursing and take over the advice and guidance of clients, relatives, and employees in complex care situations
- You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
(Costs for InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal) - As case management, you are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process for your clients
- You play an active role in collaboration with the responsible interdisciplinary network and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients
You bring with you:
- You have a degree as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH and ideally corresponding professional experience in this field
- You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys approaching people
- You bring good communication skills as well as confident handling of mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
- You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
