Lustenberger & Dürst, a family business based in Hünenberg ZG, looks back on a tradition of over 160 years in the affinage and ready-to-consume processing of cheese products.

The premium products under the umbrella brand LeSuperbe come from various partner dairies and are exported to over 40 countries after careful maturation and refinement. The company convinces with products of the highest quality and has an excellent reputation.

As a member of the management team, you are a close sparring partner of the CEO and are responsible for sales as well as sales and margin targets for all markets. In this role, you have the opportunity to be actively involved in shaping and influencing the corporate strategy. You will be supported by a team of a total of seventeen employees. In addition to marketing activities and product developments, you are mainly involved in the strategic expansion of new sales channels in retail, specialist trade, and export.

You conduct market and competitive analyses with methodological strength, develop private labels, set price structures, plan communication measures, and maintain customer and trade partnerships at home and abroad.

You have a:

or an equivalent degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. Essential for this position is many years of leadership and proven success in international sales and marketing within the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.

With your confident and authentic appearance, you represent the company internationally. German is your mother tongue and you have business fluent English.
