For our facilities in ZURICH, BERN, BASEL, ZUG we are looking for a

Your tasks:

• Support in the educational and organizational management of the daycare center
• Accompanying, guiding, and preparing the educational documentation as well as the child-friendly organization of the daily routine, which is based on the educational standard of the globegarden concept
• Quality assurance in the facilities, especially regarding early childhood education in the elementary sector
• Professional collaboration with parents, authorities, regional management, and sponsors

Your profile:

• A completed education as an educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Leadership and management experience in the daycare sector Completed further training in daycare management or interest in completing further training
• Extensive expertise in educational plans and their implementation, project work, participation, observation and documentation procedures
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
