Incoming Inspection Specialist (m/f/d)

More about the role
- Unpacking and proper preparation of delivered materials for further processing and quality inspections
- Initiation and documentation of special series for the release of material or batches
- Execution of the ISIR process (Initial Sample Inspection Report) including the associated documentation
- Quality inspections according to specifications and monitoring compliance with internal regulations
- Ensuring proper handling of non-conforming material (blocking, labeling)
- Repackaging and labeling of delivered material with deviating packaging sizes
- Support through operation and support of the MODI table as well as creation of SNOW tickets, NC processing and Q notifications in SAP
More about you
- Basic training in a technical or quality-relevant field or relevant professional experience in the MedTech or pharmaceutical sector
- Advanced knowledge in quality management as well as experience in quality assurance (e.g. metrology, quality specialist)
- Teamwork, reliability and openness as well as pronounced self-reflection with a focus on continuous improvement
- Quality-conscious and business-minded thinking
- German spoken and written (reading & understanding), basic English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (WMS/MM)
- EFZ or certificates such as SAQ quality inspector are an advantage
- Flexible and resilient, even in demanding and hectic situations
